Introduction

Well, this photo is a little old, it's from this past summer, but I love the picture and I am wishing for warmer weather right about now. I am Rebecca Warlick, but I go by Becky. I live in Mocksville with my husband and 2 kids, Lauren is 7 and Ben is 18 months. I was a Social Worker for 8 years, and then decided to give teaching a try when I had my kids. I thought I would love it, some of my happiest moments have been around kids (mine and others). I also wanted a career with a kid-friendly schedule so I could be with them as much as possible. I got a job at Headstart and began taking courses for a licensure only add-on degree. I have been teaching at Headstart for 3 years, and I am enjoying my work and coursework very much!
